CONGREGATIONAL UNION.
COIKSUOSION Off CONFERENCE, By Telegraph.—Press Association. Wellingitan, March 12. At the annual conference of the Congregational TJnioa to-4«7 the treasurer's report was adapted. A number of bans were granted, and gtania -were made to churches needing help. Officers were elected as follows: of union, Rer. Harry Johnson (Mount Edenj; secretary, Rev. A. E. Hunt, re-elected; treasurer, Mr. F. Meadowcrofi, re-elected* auditor, H. S. Suller; preacher, Rev. W. Tanner. It was decided to hold next year's conierencs in Dunedin. The proceedings of the conference concluded tonight with the annual oecmon. A number of the delegates left for the south to-night, and the remainder tear© to-morrow.
