A HUGE ESTATE.

A CAVEAT LODGED. Received March 13, 11.5 p.m. London, March 10. Regarding Lord Michelham's ten to fifteen millions estate, Captain Capell has lodged a caveat on behalf of the baron's widow, who propounds an earlier will which leaves the dowager a larger amount than in the 1918 will. It is alleged that the baron during bad health in the last months of his life gave Miss Bertha Capell, now Lady Michelham, £600,000 two days before his death. Captain Capell is Bertha's brother, and is one of the executors of the 1918 will—Aus. and N.Z. Cable Association.
