YESTERDAY'S PROCEEDINGS. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Auckland, March 11. The Congregational Union resolved to protest against the delay in appointments under the London Missionary Society. It was announced that Messrs, H. .1. Ralph arid Thomas Southworth had passed their examinations.
