BLACKBALL MINERS' DEPUTE. By Telegraph.— Greymouth, Maren,*B. A stop-work meeting was held at the State mine at Blackball and Paparoa to consider the dispute at Blackball It is reported that similar meetings will be held at all mines uuthe Dominion. A "GO-SLOW POLICY!. ■Wellington, Last Nijjtt Greymanth and Paparoa have decided by eighteen to four not to *trii». The State mine decided on a go-alow policy, to come into- operation on-JMkm-day.
