ARMISTICE
THE NEW TERMS. - DIVERGENCE OF OPLNIO& ON DISARMAMENT AND DISPOSAL OF'FLEET. , Received March 4, 7.45 p.m. Paris, March 3. The Supreme War Council discussed the new armistice. There is unanimity on the military and air terms, but some divergence of opinion regarding the disarmament by Germany and the disposal of her ships. If an agreement cannot be arrived at on the latter point it will bo reserved, though this would prevent the enforcement of the complete surrender o£ the German fleet.—Aus. N.Z. Cable Assoc.
