THE NEW AMEER. Received March 4, 9.50 p.m. London, March 3. Press Bureau reports that the Secretary for India announces that Nasrulla, the late Ameers brother, has been proclaimed Arneen with the consent of the. Jellalabad notables, Inaquatnlla waiving his claims in his uncle's favor. Nasrulla's succession, however, is not recognised at Katsul, where Amanulla, the late Ameer's third son, has declared himself the Ameer and assumed the reins of Government.—Aug. N.JS. Cable Assoc.
