FOUND BY NEW ZEALANDERS AT BADEN. (Special Dispatch from the New Zealand Official War Correspondent.) February 20. The Medical Corp? Mission that went to Baden did not find any New Zealand prisoners of war in the part of Germany they travelled through except Nimot, Who, in June, IBIG, w»s declare A a deserter by a, Court of Inquiry. Steps woro tal<en with a viiw to the return ot the latter, but I understand lliat a ruling has been given to the efi'eet that prisoners of war who deeline repatriation cannot he compelled to return. Further correspondence is, however, taking plac.e in regard to Nimot's position. The mission also failed to find fiiiy record of New Zealand prisoners who had died in the places visited.
