COMMITTEE WORK. CONSIDERATION OF VARIED ISSUES London, Feb. 24. A Press Bureau communique from Palis states that a meeting of representatives of the great Powers, at wHeh Mirshal Foch was present, referred the Albanian claims to the Greek Affairs Committee, and also considered information and proposals from the Inter-Allied Commission at Warsaw. The Reparation Commission decided to hasten the work of the sub-comft;ittee entrusted with the valuation of the damage and means of payment. Mr. Hughes has been chosen president of the third sub-committee appointed to study measures of control and guarantees—Aus.-X.Z. Cable Assn. RESIGNATION OF CABINET. Received Feb. 27, 1.30 a.m. Madrid, Feb. 24. The Romanones Cabinet has resigned. The King has requested the Ministers to remain in office until the Budget has been passed.—Reuter.
