ARMISTICE.
FINAL TERMS FOR GERMANY. ARMY LIMITED TO DEFENCE. Received Feb. 26, 3.10 p.m. London, Feb. 25. The Daily Express states that the final military terms to be imposed on Germany include the fixing of the army at a maximum of 300,000, of which no more than five per cent, are officers. The army must be purely defensive. The importation of war material is forbidden tad the manufacture of poison gas prohibited.—Reuter.
