WANGANUI MEETING. SECOND DAY'S RESULTS. By Telegraph.—Press Association, Wanganui, Feb 22. There was beautiful weather for the second day of the Wangamu races, and a large attendance. The mtalisator handled £40,536, making a total increase of £71)90 over the meeting last year. Results:

OPUXAKE NOMINATIONS. ( SING TO-NIGIIT. Horse owners and trainers are remimli 1 that nominations for all events for the Opunake races, to be held on March 17, close with the secretary, Mr. P. S. Riley, at 5 p.m. to-day, at his office, Pihama. This meeting is a very popular one amongst the racing people, and as the programme is framed on a liberal scale the secretary should have a busy time.
