GERMAN SUBMARINES. SUNK BY THE BRITISH. Received Feb. 21, 10.40 p.m. Amsterdam, Feb. IG. A Kiel telegram reports that under the Allied naval demands the submarines which were not dismantled in the specified time were taken out to sea from the Germania wharf and sunk. Three thousand workmen on the Germania wharf were dismissed, owing to lack of employment.—Aus. and N.Z. Cable Assoc.
