FORMED BY A GROUP OF ENGLISH BANKS. Received Feb. 17, 1.50 p.m. London, Feb. IG. The Sunday Times reports that a group of banks in the city are subscribing the bulk of the capital for the projected overseas bank, which will specialise in foreign business, notably the granting of extensive assistance and accommodation needed after international trade resumes and ultimately surpasses norma! dimensions.
