ARMISTICE

Leon Bourgeois proposed that an international military force be stationed in France, as the strategic centre of Europe. The bupreme War Council is considering the shortening oi the armistice period to ten days, at the end of which new terms will be imposed on Germany, and allow the Allies to meet the constantlychanging conditions.
