THE ARMENIAN MASSACRES. CUDIPRITS COURTMARTIALLED. Received Feb. 11, 5.5 p.m. Amsterdam, Feb. 9. Constantinople advices state that a court-martial has begun of the first party of those accused of instigating the Armenian massacres. The party includes Kemil Bey, ex-Governor of Boghanlay, and Kewfik, ex-Commanderie at Cjozgbad, and Fenazali, an official at Yozghad. The public prosecutor emphasised the necessity of punishing the instigators of the crimes which horrified the whole of humanity. An Armenian lawyer, in his evidence, said the victims of the accused numbered 3700, including women and children.—Reuter.
