The New York World's Paris correspondent states that Sir Gordon Hewart is drawing up the technical indictments against the er-Kaiser and Crown Prince and other wrongdoers in connection with their responsibilities for the prosecution of the war. Indictments will be filed against Admiral Tirpita, Generals vol Ludendorg, von Stein, and von Boelim. The French, Belgians, and Italians are preparing indictments against AuatroUerman officials responsible for crimes in the occupied territories. The demand for the punishment of German criminals is as strong in the British as in any other nation.—Aus. N.Z. Cable Assoc.
