CKRISTCHURCH SESSIONS. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Christchurcli, Feb. <!. Tlie following prisoners were sentenced in the Supreme Court by Mr Justice Herdman to-day:—Cecil Harper, indecent assault on a young girl, three years' imprisonment; August Frederick Withbrock, misappropriation of £9OO, three years' imprisonment; Hikito Nihitapanga, with several aliases, assault and battery, three years' imprisonment and to be declared to be an habitual criminal; Alfred Ernest Smith, escaping from custody, six months' imprisonment; Charles Hort, attempted arson, probation for two years.
