The third meeting o£ creditors in the bankrupt estate of Norman G- C- Wiiikekiumu, lutoly engineer, New Plymouth, was held at the office of the Deputy Ofiicial Assignee, New Plymouth, on Tuesday afternoon. The second meeting (held on January lo) was adjourned on the understanding that money would probably be sylvaneed to enable bankrupt to be brought to New Plymouth. On Tuesday six creditors or representatives of creditors were present and the D.O.A. (Mr. J. S. S- Medley) presided. The bankrupt sent a long letter regretting delay in forwarding statement of his accounts. Mr. Medley stated that since the last meeting Winklemann had telegraphed that he could not leave his family at once without providing for themTt was ultimately decided that a further three weeks be granted, and that if bankrupt did not appear by then (February 18) the matter bo placed in the hands of the solicitors.
