SALE OF PLANT AT GISBORNE, By Telegraph.—-Press Asaodatit*. Gisborne, Last Night. At a meeting of shareholders of the Gisborne Oil Company, a resolution was passed authorising the disposal of plant to John Clark and W. D Lysnar, the shareholders to participate to the extent of a quarter of the net profits of the result of the hitter's operations. Messrs Clark and Lysnar have made 'arrangements for a well-known Sydney borer to take charge of the work.
