Captain P, & Baldwin will be Judge Advocate. Eleven charges havo been preferred against Lieutenant Crampton, alleging ill-treatment and permitting unneeeeary force to be used on soldiers. Wellington, last Night. The jewellers' dispute was opened to day, but was not concluded. The employers suggested a renewal of the existing award for three years, with an alteration of hours. They desired that the hours should he 48 instead of 44, as desired by the union.
