: F OffiSBORNE SESSIONS. "' A Ey Pres.j Association. Gisborne, Last Night. The quarterly session of the Supremo Court opened to-day before Mr. Justice Ilosicing, who, in his opening address, said thero were seven indictments against six persona. A regrettable characteristic of the indictment was that almost all the persons charged were <yther about 21 years or under. In tb.9 ease of alleged manslaughter preferred against Archie Grail, 17, arising over a motor fatality, the Grand Jury retired, and "No bill" was found. TTenry Griffiths, cook, pleaded {ruilty to theft and was admitted to probation.
