Received Jan. 22, 1.45 a.m. London, Jan. 18. The organiser of a successful ball at Plymouth on betTalf of the seamen, widows, and orphans, which the Mirror and other local notabilities attended, has been -arrested by instructions from the Australian military authorities, on a charge of being an absentee. The organiser wore the uniform of an Australian lieutenant, and called himself Sir Norman Murray.
