The Constantinople correspondent of the Times staiw that the withdrawal of the auti"Cerman troops from the Ukraine has greatly strengthened the anti-Bolshevik forces in south Russia. Generu Krasnoflf put/ip a splendid flght for many monthc, heavily handicapped by : the shortage of munitions, and he is now developing a powerful military organisation supplied from Black Sea ports. The wholo region between the Caspian and tli6 Black Sea will soon be in anti-Bolshevik hands. Krasnoff aims to join the Caecho-Slovaks and to clear the Ukraine of the Bolsheviks.—Times Service.
