A BOY DROWNED. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Wellington, Jan. 10. A tragic drowning accment occurred at the railway wharf last evening, the victim being a schoolboy named John Stephens. A father and three sons more fishing off the end of the railway wharf about 6 p.m., When some other hoys came on the scene and commenced skylarking. John Stephens, who was about 10 years old, was standing on the extreme end of the wharf, and by mome means was precipitated into the water. It is alleged he was accidentally pushed into the sea by another boy, whose name has not yet been ascertained.
