VIENNESE SUFFERINGS. A SENSATIONAL REPORT. New York, Jan. 7. The World's Vienna correspondent say 3 tie authorities have published a sensational report regarding Viennese sufferings during the war. The report points out that a large number ot people lost upwards of 88 pounds in weight during the war Even among the wealthy the average loss .was 25 ! pounds. During one year 86,000 children were examined and only 4037 were found healthy. The majority of the children had not grown during the war, with the result that th« future mothers and fathers consist of stunted adolescents, producing prematurely old children. The industrial districts are now filled with under-sized, old-lookiag youngsters, who ha\e never been young.
