HOLLAND.
THE SCHELDT WATERWAY.
DUTCH CONCESSIONS. i
Amsterdam, Jan. 0.
Holland has not only agreed to allow the use of the Scheldt for provisioning the British army, but has also decided to allow British troops to return via the Scheldt preparatory to demobilisation provided they do not carry arms or ammunition. The permission must not be accepted as a precedent, and transports must fly the commercial flag. —Aus.-N-Z. Cable Assn.
