The World's Paris correspondent states that from direct intimation given to American correspondents it appears that. Great Britain and the United States will stand shoulder to shoulder at the Peace Conference, and through their power cause the adoption of the League of Nations, thus greatly simplifying the details and final terms of peace.—Aus.NZ. A critic in Le Matin wants the future peace of the world guarded by international police commanded by Marshal Foch. The police should consist of soldiers of all nationalities save Germans. Aus-N.Z Cable Assn.
