It is reported that Czech troo'ps have arrived at Presburg and cut the ViennaBudapest railway and telegraphs. Mobt are looting, the food stores daily. The Vienna correspondent of the Express states that Professor MasaryK, the new president of the Czeelio-Slovak republic, has announced that Messrs Wilson, Lloyd George, and M. Clemenceau have agreed to the creation of a new Germaft Confederation under tho direction of Bavaria, and the destruction of Prussian supremacy by the separation of all non-Hungarian speaking lands and the establishment of a Danube Confederation under the Czecho-Slovaks with the adhesion of the Austro-Germanf.— Aus. fr.Z.
