The Chicago News's correspondent at Thf> Hague interviewed Hemmiskerk, the Dutch Minister of Justice, who said tfiie Dutch Government did not arrange for the coming of the ex-Kaiser to Holland. Dutchmen deplore his presence in Holland, and would regard it as a good thing if a St. Helena could be found for him.—Aus. and N.Z. Cable Assoc,
