TURKEY.
A REIGN OF VIOLENCE. ALLIED INTERVENTION REQUIRED. London, Dec. 20. The Morning Post's Constantinople correspondent reports a reign of violence. There are six to eight murders nightly in Pera, where residents form themselves into convoys in order to reach home safely All the public services are suspended and the Government is impotent.
