TOURIST CAS ON FIRE. 13 PASSENGERS KILLED. Received Deo. 19, 150 a.m. Winnipeg, Dec. 17. A tourist car on the Canadian-Pacific railway took fire en route to Toronto. Thirteen passengers are reported to 'be dead.—Aus.-N.Z. CafJle Assoc.
