BULGARIA'S KING. BORIS STILL REIGNING. Received Dec. 18, 7.65 pjn. "™"~" London, Dec. 17. Telegraphic communication with Bulgaria has practically ceased for several weeks. News -via Bofia shows that the German reports of the abdication and flight of King Boris and the establishment of a Republican Government are quite untrue. Boris is still King and has concurred willingly in the formation of a democratic Ministry under Odoroff.—Renter. FRENCH ESCAPEE'S STORY. OP ILL-TREATMENT OF PRISONERS. They have uninterrupted eight hour shifts, and are under continued bad treatment. The only difference the armistice has made is that whereas previously they received a certain pittance of food daily, now they recelvt nothing—Times Service. i
