The .Tugo-Slav Council of Zagrab has appealed to the United States to preVent bloodshed in Dalinalia in consequence of Italian aggressiveness. It is officially announced that the ban has been lifted oft' practically all «• ports to England, France, Italy, Japan and their colonies and protectorates. Similar action affecting Norway, Sweden, Holland, Switzerland, Spain and Central America will soon be tak«n.
