ARMENIAN MASSACRES. OFFICIALS TO BE PLACED ON TRIAL Received Dec. 13, 7.30 p.m. Constantinople, Dec. 12. Dr. Radchid, former government officer in the province of Darbekr, and two lieutenants have been arrested for participating in ' the Armenian massacres of 1915. It is stated that their guilt is established and sentences of death are expected.—Reuter, via America.
