RIDDING AFRICA OF GERMANS. SOUTH AFRICAN GOVERNMENT'S PROPOSALS. Received Dec. 9, 7.30 p.m. Capetown, Dec. 8. Mr. Burton announced that unless the peace terms precluded such action, the Government had decided to repatriate, firstly, enemy subjects who desired repatriation; secondly, those whose conduct had caused them to be regarded as dangerous to the State. Naturalised enemy subjects would be denaturalised before repatriation.—Reuter.
