An official dispatch from Munich states that the Bavarian Premier telegraphed to the Berlin Government stating that the Bavarian Cabinet is unanimously of opinion that a conference of representatives of German Government should be summoned immedi: ately to agree upon a programme of homo an£. foreign policies. The points for discussion should indispensably include questions of a Natijnal Assembly, foreign unity, and publication of documents'. MORE REPUBLICS FORMED. DISORDERS IN BERLEJ. THREAT OF BOLSHEVISM. KERENSKY ON THE REVOLUTION. Amsterdam, Dec. 6. A meeting at Cologne decided to proclaim an independent republic in Rhineland and Westphalia. The Westphalian Allgeroeine Zeitung reports that Dr . Liebkneclit declares that he had Berlin in his hands, and in a few days the people would be amazed by the happenings. The Bolshevist wave would run from Berlin to the Rhine carrying everything before it. The Essen Allgemeine Zeitung says an examination of the Kaiser's private correspondence has begun at the Royal Castle with p, view of pubTshing the portions essential for the establishment of his guilt in beginning the war.—AusN.Z. The London correspondent interviewed Kcrensky, who said: "I believe the German revolution, though started under circumstances similar to the Russian revolution, will be able to avert Bolshevism. Germany probably has turbulent days ahead, but I do not believe she will be subjected to the supreme tragclv like Russia. T believe the German revolution to be sincere".
