A DISABILITY. Wellington, Last Night. tub disabilities placed upon many would-be. soldier settlers by the regulation which requires them to attend for personal examination at the land board office of the district in which the land to be selected is situated were brought be.fore the Minister of Lands by Mr. W. T. Jennings (Taumarunui) in the Houeo of Representatives to-day. The member said he could cite many cases of men I who had been compelled to expend a great deal of time and money in travel" ling to distant offices, and aslced tho Minister whether he could arrange for men to be examined at the Land Board's office in their own districts, Tho question was placed on the Order Paper.
