The ValuerGeneral may make a special valuation for the purpose of assessing compensation in cases where the land affected is part of an estate and has not been separately valued. , The old provision that irt the case of land acquired otherwise than by'purchase the compensation is rnt to exceed the sum at which it was assessed for stamp duty is to stand. ~, The daily allowance of members of land boards is increased from 15s to 20s.
