District Health Office, _ Wellington. by" a notico issued under the hand of tho District Health Officer, Wellington, and dated the fifteenth day of November, lnis, for the purpose of more effectually checking the spread of influenza, all places and buildings set out in the schedule thereto vert required to be closed until further notice IfOW, THEREFORE, in pursuance and exercise of the powers and the authorities conferred on the Dis- . triet HfcaVth Ofiicer for the purpose of issuing the above-recited order, I, Michael Herbert Watt, District Health Officer, do hereby revoke . the said order from this date, in .. so.far as it applies to the places and buildings set out in the sched- ■ ule below, with modifications as shown, except that in the Wairoa, Hawke's Bay, and Wairau Health Districts only the restrictions covering all plaices wherein is carried . on the business of a barber or hairdresser are removed, and all other restrictions recited in the notice of the fifteenth day of November above icferred to continue as heretofore in the said Wairoa, Hawke's Bay, and Wairau Health Districts. SCHEDULE • All Marble Bars, Refreshment Rooms and Tea Rooms to be open only from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.; all Billiard Saloons ajid Shooting Galleries; all Buildings used for the puTpeso of Public Worship, all Buildings used for Public Meetings; all Stock Sales and Auction Sales may be held, except sales of second-hand clothing and furniture and general household apd personal effects. YTTHEREAS by an order issued under theTiand of the District Health Officer and dated at Wellington on the 19th day of November, 1918, for the purpose of more effectively checking the spread cf Influenza all Hotel- Bars, ail Bars of Chartered Chibs, all Breweries and all Wholesale Wine and Spirit Premises within the Wellington Health District \rere required to be closed absolutely mitil further notice AND WHEREAS by a further order dated the 21st day of November, 1918, the sale within the Wellington Health District of all alcoholic liquors jras prohibited NOW, THEREFORE, in pursuance and racercifc of the powers and authorities conferred upon the District Health Office for the purpose of issuing the above-recited orders, I. Michael Herbert Watt, District Health Officer, do hereby revoke the said order throughout the various hospital districts comprising the Wellington Health District, except the Wairoa, Hawke's Bay and Wairau Health Districts respectively from this date, and I do hereby also revoke the order dated the fourth day of December, 1918, giving permission for all premises closed for the sale of alcoholic liquor to be reopened so far as it applies to the said Wairoa, Hawkea Bay, and Wairau Health Districts.
