BREACH; OF WAR REGULATIONS. Received Dec. 5, 11.10 p.m. Sydney, Dec. 5. Judd wa9 found guilty on two counts —breach of the War Precautions Act, and making statements prejudicial to recruiting. Judgment was suspended and bail refused. COMMERCIAL MEN'S PROTEST. Sydney, Dec. 5. A meeting of business men, held under the auspices of the Chambers of Manufacturers and Commerce, protested against the continuance of the restrictions under the War Precautions and War Time Profits Acta, and instanced New Zealand's abandonment of the latter. —Aus. and N.Z.
