Copenhagen, Nov. 29. Wolffs Agency states that the Kaiser signed the abdication on Friday, and ex--1 pressed the hope that the new regent would protect the German people against anarchy, starvation and foreign supremwy.—Aw, and Nil. Cable Assoc.
