An American communique states The 3rd Army reached the lino VieMonJlerseh - Schuttiange - Reirtgen - Kafrtentooaen, and passed through the city of Luxemburg, The inhabitants showered flowers on the. troops, who were welcomed as deliverer*.— Cable Assoc,
