ENTHUSIASTIC RECEPTION OF WAR PRISONERS. Received Nov. 18. 7JO pjn. London, Nov. 17. Crowded peace thanksgiving services were held at all the churches, special forms of service and prayers being used. Royalties received an ovation en route to the Guards Church. An enthusiastic reception waa given at Hull to t.ie first party of released war prisoners, comprising 1300 of the Naval Brigade captured at Antwerp. It is reported that Sir I* G. Chiozza Money (Shipping Controller) has resigned office. The Sunday Times understands that, regarding the Kaiser's personal responsibility for war crimes, the King has intimated that tiis relationship with the British royal family is a negligible matter.—Aus.
