EX-EMPEROR KARL FLEES. DENIES RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE WAR. Received Not. 14, 1115 p.m. Berne, Nov. 13. The Vossische states that ex-Emperor Karl and family have left Schonbrunn. It is believed their destination is .Switz; erland.
Karl, in a proclamation relinquishing participation in the administration, denifs nil responsibility for the war, from ■winch he endeavored to deliver his people. REPUBLIC PROCLAIMED. INCORPORATION WITH GERMAN REPUBLIC.
