AUSTRIA FORMS A REPUBLIC ALLIES JOIN UP WITH ROUMANIANS
«HROUGH THE DARDANELLES. ALLIED iFLEET AT CONSTANTINOPLE A HISTORIC OCCASION Received Nov. 14, ILIS p.m. London, Nov. 13. The Admiralty reports that the Allied Fleet pasied through the Dardanelles on November 12, in fine weather. The Anglo-Indian troops, occupying the forts, paraded as the ships passed.
