ROUMANIAN ULTIMATUM. GERMAN TROOPS MOST LEAVE. Received Nov. 14, 10.30 p.mLondon, Nov. 12. Renter's Jassy corespondent states that the .Roumanian Government has sent an ultimatum to General von Mackensen that all German troops must leave within 24 hours or lay down their arms. In the event of no reply being received, Romania, would use all her forces to obtain the desired result.
