The Government is allowing the Kai ; sor to remain on terms similar to those in connection with the internment of high officers. The Kaiser has been given his parole and remains at Amerlingem Castle until further notice. He is now using the name "Count Hohenzollern." THE CROWN PRINCE NOT DEAD. Received Nov. 14, 11.15 p.m. Rotterdam, Nov. 14. The Crown Prince has arrived at Maestricht and been interned.—Ana. Cable Assoc.
