'A Belgian official states that Germany's bill in Belgium amounts to a total ran of £384,000,200,000, including £BOO,OOO/100 damage to December, 1914, and £104,200,000 exactions, £8,000,000 far mw material and machinery takes by the Germans to January, 1915, bnt not including the material destruction or Rquiaitioot since January, 1915, which is wtimated at several hundred million* !-Srater.
