REBELLIOUS GERMAN SOLDIERS.
THROW; AWAY THEIR ARMS. BITTER FEELING AGAINST "WILHELM THE CULPRIT. BOLSHEVIKS LOOKING FOR HELP. Received Oct. IS, 7.30 p.m. London, Oct. 17The (Daily Express' Amsterdam correspondent states it is reported that soldiers, with civilian support, are refusing to |jo to the front. They have caused disorders in many places in Germany. A whole regiment at Aix-la-Chapelle threw their arms into the canal on Sunday rather than proceed to the Flemish front. They shot a captain who called them traitors. All went unpunished. It is reported that the Crown Prince has been warned not to visit Berlin. The feeling against the Kaiser is particularly bitter. He is openly called' "Wilhelra the Culprit.'' The Kaiser, 'who is reported to be a physical wreck, has been informed of his serious position by King Ludwig of Bavaria and others.
Although the newspapers protest against the harshness of President Wilson's terms, none dare advise the Government to reject them point Wanlc. The Daily News' Stockholm correspondent says the Soviet Government expects Germany will shortly become Bolshevik, and hopes- she will link with Russia to fight the Entente—Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assoc.
