DANGER TO MURMAN COAST OVER. POLES OPENLY OPPOSING GERMANS PEASANTS' RISINGS TO TTTCTt ATNTV. Received Oct. 12, 1.50 a.m. London, Oct. 11. ■ All danger on the Murman coast is now removed. The Poles are showing open opposition to the Central Powers, and constitute a grave menace to the reduced German garrisons.
Peasant risings are also threatening the Germans in Ukraine. The Germans' hold on the Black Sea is endangered.—United Press.
KERENSKY ON THE SITUATION DEATH WAIREANT OF GERMAN HOPES. Received Oct. 11, 7.40 p.m. London, Oot. Id, Kerensky, in an article in the Pall Mall Gazette, says the defeat of Turkey and the surrender of Bulgaria mean the death warrant to Germany's hopes of dourination of Russia. The Bolsheviks' stronghold in the centre of Russia will insantly collapse when Gerffiiany's support is withdrawn. Germany must he compelled, after the war, to disgorge the four hundred million Russian indemnity.—United Press.

Mr. Fleurot cables from Stockholm that he learns from a reliable source that Germany is contemplating the overof the Bolshevik regime shortly, replacing it by a Cadet Government. FRENCH AND BRITISH SAFE. Washington, Oct. 9. State Department advices from Norway say that British and French citizens who took refuge in the American Legation at Petrograd have been allowed to leave unharmed by the Bolsheviks.— Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assoc.
