SAILORS' WIVES' ALLOTMENTS.

The Second Division League lias discovered that, whereas soldiers are compelled to make provision for their wives, sailors in the Navy are not required to do so. A case has just cropped up, where a sailor, having taken up with another woman, suddenly stopped the allotment and allowances to his wife, who was left to shift for herself.
